These are small free embroidery fonts made to work for 4 mm or less, but some requirements are necessary. Fonts in DST EMB AND ESA FILES For Dress Shirt Material Style: center, 1mm length, 0.17 pull compensation, turn-off shortening and fractional. For 75 thread, use 0.40 density. For 65 thread, use 0.45 density. For Frosted Matt, use 0.50 density. For 40 thread, use 0.55 density. Needle 60 or 55 for best result For Polo Material or Cotton: Double zig-zag underlay 1 mm spacing and 6mm length, 0.17 pull compensation. For 75 thread, use 0.40 density. For 65 thread, use 0.45 density. For Frosted Matt 0.50, use density. For 40 thread 0.55 density. Needle 60 or 55 for best result. Use the sample picture below and follow the sequences for 75/60/frosted/40 thread.

What is Cut Needle?The Cut Needle is a project from Luiz Vitor; after some tests with a needle adjusted to can cut some top materials like an applique for embroidery. The project is new and still need more tests, but the needle already works great for specific materials and machines. It is a hand made job one by one. But we working hard to try find a needle maker to create it by scale to can get a better price. How it work?You need take a normal needle of your machine and add the cut needle. After that, need discover how to turn off the thread brake sensor of your machine for this specific needle, because machine will run a line to cut the material. What kind of material it can cut? |
